YOFA Unconditional Love Meditation for Parents

Dear Parents,

The YOFA® Unconditional Love Project has something new for you.

In addition to the remote Inner Alignment Sessions that I am doing for your child, I now invite you to participate.

Yes, you can do something!

This is a simple meditation that can make a world of difference for your child and for your relationship with your child.

Since this is a meditative, contemplative process, I recommend that you do this when you can clear your mind of other activities and concerns.

  • Do not multi-task while doing this.
  • Give it your full attention.

As long as you spend some time doing this as a focused meditation, you can then also do it while walking, driving, exercising, cooking, or doing just about any other physical activity. But I recommend getting grounded in the meditation before adding it to other activities.

For best results, do this as a focused meditation three times a day:

  1. In the morning before getting out of bed.
  2. Sometime during the day while watching the video.
  3. At night before sleep.

If you can only do it once a day, that’s fine too.

Of course, any parent-child relationship will benefit deeply from the regular use of this meditation by the parent. All parents are invited to nourish the love with their children by using this meditation.

But I offer it here as a very precise and specific tool for the parents of children in the YOFA® Unconditional Love Project.

You can do this with or without the video.  I recommend using the video at least once a day, especially in the beginning, to augment the power of the focus.

The messages sent in meditation from heart to heart are as follows:

I love you.

I love you exactly as you are.

I love everything about you.

You live in my heart every minute of every day.

Just the thought of you makes me smile.

You are so beautiful to my eyes.

Everything about you is beautiful.

I am so grateful that you are my child.

I love you.

Please watch the video and then post your experience of this meditation as a comment below.

Tell us about any or all of the following:

  • How you feel as you do the meditation
  • How you find the time to do this, how you schedule it.
  • Any shifts you notice in your child’s well-being as a result of your meditation.
  • Any greater feelings or expressions of love in your relationship with your child.

Thank you for your participation in the YOFA® Unconditional Love Project.

Love is the Answer,
Rebbie

Oh, this is so powerful, Rebbie. I don’t have a child with autism, but I thank you so much for this – I need it. And I’ve posted it facebook.

    Dear Rebbie,
I just visited this page and wanted to drop a note. Just merely reading the messages involved in the meditation brought tears to my eyes and my heart filled with love for my son. My son so far has been making great progress(I left a message in the main parents comments section). I am sure this is a very powerful mediation tool and will let you know the results.

    With Love & Gratitude

  6. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4
year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
